South Africa Consul General, the Honourable CG Phuti Joyce Tsipa, and Shanghai Vice Mayor Mr. Xiaohong Zhang addressed the strategic importance of the bilateral relationship and celebrated Freedom Day together with the South African and Chinese business communities.
