ANDAMAN PARTNERS is seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team at ANDAMAN Advisory, supporting consulting projects across strategy, procurement, operations and organisational improvement initiatives. The role spans research, analysis, project support and client coordination across multiple industries. Direct and deep experience within mainstream management consulting is needed for this role.
This role will report to the Director, ANDAMAN Advisory. The successful candidate will support project teams, contribute to day-to-day engagement execution and assist in delivering high-quality client work.
This is a key addition to our team as we strengthen our management consulting capabilities across global markets. The successful candidate will support analytical problem-solving, conduct research and analysis and contribute to the development of practical recommendations for clients. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced and complex environments. A minimum of 6 years with a leading global management consulting firm would be expected.
- Project Support & Execution: Support consulting engagements through research, analysis, coordination and preparation of client deliverables.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Conduct structured analysis on business challenges and contribute to practical, data-driven recommendations.
- Operational & Procurement Support: Assist on projects across procurement, supply chain, operations, sourcing and organisational improvement initiatives.
- Research & Insights: Conduct industry, market and company research to support consulting engagements and strategic analysis.
- Data Analysis & Modelling: Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to support insight generation and decision-making.
- Presentation & Reporting: Prepare clear presentations, reports and supporting materials for internal and client-facing engagements.
- Client & Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with consulting teams and client stakeholders to support effective project execution.
- Implementation Support: Assist in executing client recommendations and operational improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge Development: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, research development and consulting best practices.
- Education: MBA or Master’s in Engineering.
- Experience: 8 years of professional experience in the mining industry, supply chain and procurement strategy.
- A minimum of 6 years with a leading global management consulting firm would be expected.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent research, quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present analysis clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and contribute positively in client-facing environments.
- High level of professionalism, reliability and willingness to learn.
- Strong commercial awareness and interest in business, operations and organisational challenges.
- AI literate, with the ability to leverage advanced tools and analytics to support research, analysis and project delivery.
