Role Overview

ANDAMAN PARTNERS is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our team at ANDAMAN Advisory as a Project Manager, supporting the delivery of consulting engagements across strategy, procurement, operations and organisational improvement initiatives. The role spans project coordination, analytical problem-solving, client interaction and implementation support across multiple industries. Direct and deep experience within mainstream management consulting is needed for this role.

This role will report to the Director, ANDAMAN Advisory. The successful candidate will support consulting teams, manage day-to-day project execution and contribute to high-quality delivery across engagements.

This is a key addition to our team as we strengthen our management consulting capabilities across global markets. The successful candidate will support structured problem-solving, develop actionable recommendations and assist clients in driving operational improvement, organisational effectiveness and long-term value creation. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, project management skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, complex environments. A minimum of 10 years with a leading global management consulting firm would be expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery & Execution: Support the delivery of consulting engagements, coordinating project execution, workstreams and high-quality client deliverables.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Conduct structured analysis on complex business challenges and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
  • Operational & Procurement Advisory: Support clients across procurement, supply chain, operations, sourcing and transformation initiatives.
  • Client Coordination: Work closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to support effective communication, alignment and project execution.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct industry, market and company research to support strategic decision-making and consulting engagements.
  • Presentation Development: Prepare clear, executive-level presentations, reports and workshop materials for client engagements.
  • Implementation Support: Assist clients in translating recommendations into actionable initiatives and measurable operational outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively across consulting teams, contributing to problem-solving, knowledge sharing and project delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: MBA or Master’s in Engineering.
  • Experience: 10 years of professional experience in the mining industry, supply chain and procurement strategy.
  • A minimum of 10 years with a leading global management consulting firm would be expected.

  • Excellent research, quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations.

  • Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams across different organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability and strong execution focus.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand operational and business challenges.
  • AI literate, with the ability to leverage advanced tools and analytics to support problem-solving and project delivery.
